A good read for anyone starting out.

Dr. Marc Bubbs provides a good overview of an array of specialist area's that will help anyone wanting to understand athletic performance better. From education on your sleep to glucose function during a race to team sport nutrition, PEAK does it best to uncover every aspect of athletic performance along with quality referencing of other professionals or related research material. I didn't find this an inspirational listen but it has filled a number of gaps in my own understanding of performance.

Brilliant

This audio was brilliant, not just for my own goals, health, well-being and mindset, in the fitness industry, it is also a great resource for coaching

Such a good book

Loved listening to this book the whole way through. So many little nuggets to take away from it and further recommendations to go deeper into the research. Narration was good and very easy to listen to. Well done on an awesome book. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
