Great first book to the series!
Roman's and Emily's book is the perfect book to a series. is a powerful storyline across the series and one of the best I have ever read in my life.

Love the Melnikov brother’s. Emily and Roman’s story.
Love the Melnikov brother’s.
Emily has lived her life around men that make her skin crawl. They are politicians. Her Mayor father’s so called friends and colleagues. Forced to attend another function of her father’s she meets Roman.
She knows her father is into something but she’s not sure how depraved it is. Meeting the gorgeous Roman she sure he is the same as her father and his friend but thankfully he realises he is isn’t.
Roman and his brothers in blood have come to America searching for the trafficking ring that they think took his sister. They will do whatever is needed and will never stop searching for her.
Following a clue from a card that Emily saw her father out in his coat she heads to the most despicable club where Roman and his brothers have gone to gather some intel. She is certainly naive in not knowing what she’s got herself into.
From there she works with the brothers to help get to the bottom of what is going on with the woman bought into the club and hope for a lead on Alina. When Emily realised the shit she is in she is glad to have Roman there.
I loved Emily’s willingness to help and the connection between her and Roman. Yes it’s quick but I actually didn’t mind it in this book at all.
