Not at all what I expected

What the heck?? I thought we have left this trope of falling for the abusive jerk behind. This is marketed top young adults yet the main protagonist (strong independent young woman) falls for the abusive, rich A hole. Frankly you should be ashamed for bringing this into existence. I had to stop listening when she started to be aroused by his repulsive and illegal behaviour.
