Publisher's Summary
In this audiobook we will be reviewing over 400 questions. All questions are based on the PMBOK Guide 6th Edition. Just like the actual PMP exam, 90 percent of the questions are scenarios and 10 percent are knowledge base. Knowledge-base questions will identify how well you have remembered the PMBOK terms and processes. Scenario based questions will test your ability to apply the many different terms and processes in a real-life situation.
This book will contain questions from each of the 10 knowledge areas including integration, scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, communications, risk, procurement, and stakeholders. There will be questions on project management terms, processes, and roles as well as agile. There is a final mock exam at the end of the book that is broken down into four chapters each with 50 questions.
Questions will be read followed by the choices, a pause, and then a detailed explanation of the answer. Each question contains four choices, with only one choice being correct. Many questions contain multiple correct choices, but you will need to select the best of the correct choices in order to get the questions correct. This represents the same level of difficulty as you would have on the real PMP exam.
Listen to this audiobook while traveling on a train, in a car, or while walking. It will be helpful to learn the format of the exam before taking the actual test. I recommend reviewing each section at least twice, understanding why an answer is correct and the others are wrong before taking the actual exam. The real PMP exam is not a test of just memorization but of understanding.
