Good tips, terrible self talk.
This book has some good quick tips if you've never researched being healthy before... But for most of us, we are looking for more than a book of listed dot points of things most of us have read before but never been able to successfully implement. The most disappointing thing about this book for me was the negative language that it encourages and the poor terminology utilised. I found the book simply reiterated what you want to achieve, but provided absolutely zero explanation of how to get there or techniques on what to do. Don't bother telling me a list of what everybody wants to achieve when it comes to healthy eating habits if you're going to provide no information on how to achieve those habits!
