It actually works
I wasn't sure at first what this book would be like, I listened to most of the beginning and then into the "meatier" part of it. A little skeptically. I don't know if it was a coincidence or not but the first night I had the best night sleep I had had in months. After three nights of listening to it each night as I went to sleep starting chapter 3 on Audible but chapter 2 in the book I found a remarkable change in the pain I felt each day and the confidence that was beginning to grow within.
Over the short time I have owned the book I have a listen sporadically to it but there seems to be a pattern forming I sleep better and I wake in feeling much better about myself and I have a new sense of who I am and I have a higher level of confidence and self-respect.
I thoroughly recommend this book to anyone experiencing unrequited love.
