Relieved MOST but not all of my anxiety

I was probably a little too ambitious to expect one book to cure my anxiety overnight but I will say it has relieved MOST of it. But it is still with me, just less intense and more controlled.

Panic Attacks cure

Ok, 6 month review after first getting this book...

Panic Attacks: Cured! Genuinely! Gone!

Anxiety: Still there but probably 50% less, which is INCREDIBLE.

How could I ask for more from one audiobook? I am grateful for the refresh I have had in my life.

Cure for anxiety

I genuinely believe (5 weeks after getting it) this book has cured me for my panic attacks and has helped significantly with my anxiety. Not much else I can say!
