Insightful and Good Action Points
I’m glad I found this book - it is helping me in a tough time.
Reasonable explanation of what gaslighting is, and also good action points that are self reflective enough to make it actual useful.

Very useful descriptions of gaslighting types
This book detailed well the types of gaslighting and highlighted the need to determine if a gaslighter is doing the gaslighting intentionally semi intentionally or unintentionally. I found the descriptions of behaviour s reinforced my initial knowledge and has given me confidence to continue my plans of recovery. Thankyou for writing on this topic you are helping me and others like me to get free. :)
