Left wanting more
I love any of the sleep hypnosis Jupiter Production “books” narrated by Anna or Kev.
Yes, they are effective when used consistently over time. Absolutely. I love that but I am left feeling like I overpaid each time and I am left wanting more...
What I don’t like:
All the books are essentially the same except for the last 2-3 chapters.
The affirmations really start from chapter 4 and they aren’t that long. I would prefer more chapters (longer book 6-8 hours) dedicated just to affirmations. *In part because you can’t repeat chapters or albums on Audible when you go to sleep.
I would also prefer a wider variety of affirmations to be used to make it a little less repetitive.
It would be really nice to have different music / sounds too. All books use the exact same sounds.
