Nothing new for the educated patient
I bought this thinking I’d learn something new about endometriosis treatment. I didn’t. While this book might be helpful for young patients who don’t know much about endo yet, it’s definitely nothing new to seasoned endo patients who have tried everything including the treatments in this book. If you don’t know much about endo then it’s a good place to start, but if you’ve lived with this disease for a long time and tried everything including seeing registered a dietitian, elimination diets, pelvic floor physio etc, then you’ll find yourself waiting for the “ahaa! Moment” that never comes.
