Loved the accuracy from on-the-job experience

This book was recommended to me when I asked for UF with MC's who were medics. I have burned through this book and will be getting the next. The author's use of accurate terms and obvious on-the-job experience add so much. I like the character cast, occasional humour and magic. Great pacing, worldbuilding and historical titbits thrown in for verisimilitude.
