About this listen
Orthodoxy was named as one of Publishers Weekly’s 10 indispensable spiritual classics of the past 1500 years. It is the personal journal of one man’s search for understanding culminating in his conversion to Catholicism. Written with wisdom and wit, G.K. Chesterton captures the very nature of faith.

Chesterton at his level headed best <br />
Chesterton's quasi apologetic is as relevant and revelatory today as ever. In a milieu of disenchantment, disbelief and spiritual hedonism, Chesterton manages to whimsically yet poignantly wave it all away with his single greatest weapon, common sense. As a prelude to "The Everlasting Man", Orthodoxy serves as a great introduction to anyone of any faith who wants to break out of the confines of modern, claustrophobic philosophies spouting fatalism, determinism, materialism, agnosticism or any other ism, and find the joy of living in fairyland
