This book is a must for all AirBNB hosts. While it is at times hard to listen to with the robotic narration, the content is top notch, and will have you making changes to your listing as you gp

Very Insightful
While renovating a self contained unit on my property I started to wonder if A BnB might be worth a “go”. Having read Rustine’s OMBnB I’m IN! I kept it playing g while I was on the tools and sucked it in over a single working day! I will apply many of these suggestions in setting up and establishing my first short term rental. I expect I’ll be going back through it a chapter at a time in much the same way you build flat pack furniture - it has that much detail and is truly a step by step approach.
This is a frank and full guide. I’ve reaffirmed a lot of what I expected and added substantial knowledge and insight to the opportunity through Dan’s open sharing.
I’m glad I read this before I started the journey! Thanks Dan.
