Janet Evanovich is the GOAT!

Great story!
Good plot with lots of twists, and turns and some intense suspense. Good characterisation. There were some wonderful lines, which inspired me to laugh out loud. wonderful.

Read this years ago,

Action packed and addictive
Janet's books are very addictive and descriptive, so much action and the odd laugh out loud
love them so much I am on second time around

Too much background noise
Don’t listen with headphones, there is a lot of background noise, doors squeaking, and murmuring, it’s irritating and distracting.
Not as noticeable via regular speakers.

I enjoyed the story line
the recording wasn't fantastic. it didn't run smoothly, it had little pauses.
I have read a few stories further along on the series. it was good to hear the start
