About this listen

Sophie has been made redundant. She also has a big secret she needs to walk away from. Reluctantly she agrees to go to Tenerife with her mother, Madeline, and help run Villa Kennal for the summer. But when Madeline receives a very exciting offer back in the UK, Sophie is left to run the villa by herself.

Luis has a huge chip on his shoulder. Every time Sophie sees him he is rude and unhelpful, that is, until Sophie finds out what his problem really is. Graham has retired to Tenerife and lives next door to Villa Kennal. For the last two years his life has stood still. Can Sophie come up with a plan to help him move on? Kennal is working in America but when he and his family arrive back in Tenerife, will it be time for Sophie to leave?
