Enjoyable and well read
i enjoyed this well enough and was very pleased that the narrator was decent, given the whole Nicki Galena series has an unbearable narrator.
i liked the characters -- although Kate makes stupid errors and the detectives are sometimes a bit credulous. Nice sergeant and pathologist. The story is a little to short to allow for any twists and the end is a bit sketchily drawn. Could be better on the procedural detail but the series has potential.

Looking forward to the next book ? Has potential
Enjoyable story, great narration. Liked the characters and looking forward to the next installment.
Audio book of just over 5 hrs is a little short, therefore plot was a tad rushed. But as this is the first in the series I can see why you did this.
