VERY Jesus-heavy
If you're a devout Christian, you'll love it. I returned this book, this was way too religion heavy for me. The core concepts are good in theory but best of luck being able to find them through all the 'make room for god in your relationship'. Strong undertones of victim blaming and regularly suggesting that the women should just try harder and/or put up with poor behaviour (or literal abuse) until someone is in danger.
