Good narration, but the text lacked substance a lot of the time

I like that the book focused on principles and strategies rather than simply tactics. even though it's not a new book, I believe it's very relevant for any digital media strategist.

Brendan treats this book like a social media post
There are quite a number of words in this book, hours of listenjng,to say very little at all. It's mosty filler text, some case studies and very little actual substance. When Brendan gets close to prpviding any substantive content he treats it as a social media post and tries to monetise you further by redirecting you to his course, or his website, or his company website, or any number of other places. This isn't a book about creating social media content, it's a series of ads with fluff around them. This is essentially how Brendan suggests you treat social media. Specifically how to do that effectively? Well you have to pay more for that. A complete scam, he's asking you to pay him to read/listen to an ad for his services and courses. How do I get a refund?

Didn't get through the first Chapter
Repeated himself every couple of lines. My time is too precious to waste like that. I'm sure it works have been good info, but I didn't feel like sitting through a whole book on repeat (and sales) evey 5 mins
