About this listen
"A refreshing way to guide your kids to dreamland."
Kids grow up in an increasingly noisy world, with entertainment being available at any time of the day.
We all love to see our kids happy, but it’s hard to protect them from devices screaming for attention, draining their imagination.
This book helps children to reconnect to their quiet imagination - creating a moment of calmness, making kids more relaxed and less anxious.
These bedtime meditations are a collection of dreamy, visualizing stories.
They’re taking children on a magical journey to find where rainbows start, to make their own constellation or to meet a unicorn made of ice.
These stories include basic mindfulness techniques such as being attentive to your breath, identifying body sensations, and actively feeling grateful and loving.
This book will help kids relax and guide them to a good night’s sleep.
Our audiobook version comes with music and sound effects composed specifically for this book. This transforms it into an unforgettable experience.

Free PDF info is an adware, don’t go to it’s suggested website!
I resubscribed to Audible just for this, thinking it would be a great bedtime audiobook for my kids, it’s been fine so far except it’s got a misleading gift in the PDF info. Do not go to the website it says as it’s a subscription to multiple adware/ malware !!!
