In all likelihood you heard about this book through a loved one or dear friend who has your best interests at heart and desires above all else that you lead a rich, rewarding, joyful, and fulfilling life. But to do so it is imperative that you acquire accurate, state-of-the-art, scientific (psychologically sound) knowledge of the condition they feel justified in believing you have.
To that end this book presents a proven program for psychological wellness directed to those individuals who suffer from this mental disability called obsessive compulsive personality disorder, or simply OCPD. Excellent but adapt it to your unique situation
An excellent tool to help in recovery. The daily affirmations are invaluable. Just remember, your unique expression of the illness may make some of them less or non-applicable. It may also mean you need to add some affirmations, for traits you suffer that the author doesn't mention (doesn't suffer from?)
Do listen several times, write the affirmations out and follow them.
