FROM THE HOST OF THE GLOBALLY ACCLAIMED 'ADHD CHATTER' PODCAST
Aged just 21, Alex Partridge founded UNILAD and LADBible, social news sites which now have a following of 100 million people around the globe. A legal case over ownership in 2017 tipped him over the edge of the cliff into alcoholism, triggering years of mental health issues until, aged 34, he was diagnosed with ADHD.
Now it all makes sense.
In his chart-topping podcast, ADHD Chatter, Alex has spoken to dozens of experts on ADHD and related conditions in a bid to understand and improve outcomes for the neurodiverse population - and this groundbreaking book brings them all together, for the first time, in one place.
A blend of lived experience and expert insight, this deep dive into ADHD has the power to change your life. If you've ever wondered why you can't remember those critical appointments, how you can be hyper-focused one minute and down a YouTube rabbit-hole 30 seconds later, or why do people walk so slowly? then this relatable and unashamedly honest book is for you.
Written with Alex's trademark raw vulnerability, Now It All Makes Sense distils the essence of all the most important need-to-knows, from parenting with (and for) ADHD, to managing your mental health, your finances and even your shopping list. Most importantly it celebrates the opportunities and strengths, unique skillsets and positive traits of ADHD to remind you that you are NOT broken - and you are enough.

Thank you, Alex!
A comprehensive explanation of ADHD with real-world examples and experiences. I particularly liked the way the author explained each ADHD behaviour, the neuroscience behind it and practical ways to overcome it. The dreaded RSD continues to be the most debilitating element of ADHD for me many others. I will be asking my husband to listen to the chapters on RSD and relationships.
Thank you for constantly raising awareness about ADHD, but more importantly, raising awareness about women with ADHD. There is still a long way to go for us, especially in the workplace.

Loved every word!
Raw, authentic, powerfully insightful, and easy to digest. As a woman at the beginning of her ADHD journey, this book was the music to my ears I had been waiting for. One of the most validating, empowering, and resonating reads I’ve come across.
Thank you, Alex, for your vulnerability in sharing your personal stories, spreading awareness, challenging the rigidity of societal stereotypes and stigmas, and inspiring me to unapologetically embrace every aspect of my ADHD brain. We were all made to be different and it’s time that society stops trying to define ‘normal’ and leads with love over fear.

So relatable
Listening to this book made me feel validated and empowered. It’s very practical with some good tips that can instantly be put into place, like pockets at the door. Plus some logical concepts that I can apply to navigate challenges, like ADHD tax. Sometimes I step back from opportunities due to crippling self-doubt, but this book made me feel confidant in what I bring. And I now feel empowered to step forward it into a huge opportunity.

It Sure Does
I, like Alex suggested in the book, have started many books in my life that I never finish, my mind generally gets side tracked whilst reading or listening or I lose motivation to pick a book back up, but this book I couldn't wait to keep listening to & was sad for it to finish, because I was so invested in it.
The whole book was so relatable in everything I have experienced & has motivated me to seek a ADHD diagnosis.
I too always thought ADHD'ers hyperactivity was external & now I know my hyperactivity exists internally, causing me overwhelm & high sensitivity.
Thank you for making me feel like I am enough & to stop seeing myself less capable than others.
I love how my high sensitivity makes me feel so deeply.
I agree that the RSD is the hardest part, but thanks to this book I'm now feeling so much more self awareness during RSD responses & managing it better.

If you love someone with ADHD- LISTEN TO THIS!
As a late diagnosed ADHD (1 year ago at 43) woman, who is struggling through parenthood of two busy young boys, while perimenopausal and hypofocuing on her whole existence- this book hit many nails on the head. I can only hope that my husband and close friends and family will take the time to read or listen as well.
Thank you Alex for taking the time and energy to put into words what I want and need to explain to those I love, and who love me…. I have a warm fuzzy feeling that this book is going to help my neuro spicy self, and my neuro typical loved ones

Knowledge is power
It just answered the questions that I have been asking myself for the last 70 years and now that I’m medicated I can start living my life. Not knowing that I had ADHD and Autism my relationship with my ex and the children must have been very hard for them, I’m still trying to find them and letting them know.
Thank you Alex and god bless.
