You would be silly not to listen.....
Been a long time follower and this book is the best summary of all the learnings. its not just nutrition and PT advice but life advice. A pleasant reminder not to be so hard on myself and how to ensure others aren't either. First completed audio book for the win! I feel so empowered to make decisions & learnt some pretty powerful quotes... definitely worth a listen

Amazing
Such a great book... Explains everything so you can actually understand it. Cuts out all the industry b.s. and has changed how I feel about myself and the way I workout. I've just gone back to basics like I used to do before it was made so confusing. Thank you

Great audiobook
Listening to James is therapeutic - he presents things in a different way that’s easily understood. And gives you practical and easily implemented strategies to improve aspects of your life! Worth a listen/read :)

One of the most educational health books
This is by far one of the best health books I have ever read, I have learnt so much and as James says this book has changed my life and my perception on health and fitness. I know know the methods I need to adapt if I want to loose weight etc
Better yet, James voice is featured in the book rather than a random person. Please trust me on this book 🙏🏻
