I wish I liked this more...

I'd still give this a 2-2.5* despite my DNF... mostly because I can see the merit it has, and that it might appeal to other people. I LOVE the concept behind Nocturna! It's this beautiful Latinx world and it was beautifully described... I just didn't give a shit about the characters. They weren't even unlikable in the sense of being an unlikable character - they just held zero percent of my interest, and I couldn't care less what happens to them.
I was listening to the audio book, so maybe one day I'll pick it up from the library and see if I have any extra progress. But until then *shrugs* oh well.
