Great narrators. Great story
The narrators of this are fantastic, probably the best I’ve heard in a long time. I liked the story and the twists, some things at the end I wish were tied up so I didn’t have questions left over. I don’t think there needs to be another book, I’m happy to have finally found a stand-alone novel that ticked all my boxes. Story, romance, mystery, spice. Best read of 2024!

Intricate story. Dark content explained deliciously.
Likes: Daddy dirty talk. Shocking content that had me gasping in horror, shame and delight. Male and Female leads are mostly on equal footing in many aspects; No meak main lead that is constantly saved by the other. Dark Academia influences with macabre highlights, my favourite aesthetic, done right. I can picture myself walking the halls.

It Started So Well !!!
Is it possible to continue with a story when you really start to dislike the main characters?
Lilliana I guess, was supposed to come across as smart, head strong, singleminded, a little vulnerable at times,
But by the end of this story I found her SOOO irritating I almost gave up.
And!
By the time I managed to plow through those last over the top, chapters, I had really had enough of these two.
A story that presented such an original idea slowly meanders into tropville.
So much so, that the last sex scene between these two along with all the flowery narratives became cringe worthy

Another 5/5 read and the performer by the readers was amazing. Hello Professor Bramwell. It really does add another layer to the experience when you can put a voice to the characters. Absolutely loved it. You two are amazing

Absolutely loved it
A brilliant novel! Well written with fantastically in-depth characters and a plot that kept me guessing. Voice actors were perfect and really brought the characters to life.

Caught in a trance from beginning to end. The actors were brilliant, throwing you into each scene as if you were in Dracadia.
