wonderful and practical
wonderful to listen to on the way to work and while stuck in traffic. I could easily do the practices and my day was much more centred!

Good writing. Boring narration
Content was good. Narrator was frustratingly bad.
You'll hearing in the preview.
The tone goes as follows. Questionable, full stop, sign of relief. For every paragraph! So each point read sounds like previous one

A mixture ....
Miss Jack Kornfield’s voice. This narrator reads clearly but not with a felt sense or understanding of what he is reading. Comes through in his lilting manner of speech, unfortunately it distracts me from absorbing the content.
