About this listen
A potent new drug has hit the streets of Kinloch, and DCI Daley and Scott are struggling to catch the notorious gang behind this evil trade.
After a party of Oxford students arrives in town for a camping trip before a Himalayan expedition, one of the group seeks out an illegal high and is violently assaulted. However, these students are well connected, and this brings further unexpected problems for Daley. Ultimately, he and Scott will discover crimes as disturbing in nature as anything they have ever confronted.

Another absolute cracker
What can I say? Denzel has done it again! I got right back into the lives of Jim & Brian. I have missed Kinloch. I love the addition of humour, especially with Brian.
I won’t say anything to give away any of the brilliant storyline. I am just sorry I have finished it. Thank you once again Denzil

Excellent read
Another great Kinloch story with the wonderful David Monteith bringing the characters to life, I never tire of Brian Scott’s interpretation of the English language and the wisdom of Hamish!

Just love these books
By far my favourite audiobooks. Atmospheric stories brilliantly narrated. The characters are wonderful - who wouldn’t want to have pint in the County with Hamish, Brian and the “Big Man” whilst being kept in line by Ella?

Needs More Stars!
Fans of the series are not let down one bit with this latest instalment. I'd missed the antics of Scott the most, and had moments of actual LOLing.
Another brilliant story from my favourite author and narrator combination.
