Adrian Ring is broken. He was wounded badly, and with dead loved ones on all sides, he makes a bold, life-changing decision; he’s leaving Bastion and its people to help the unknown second Trinity in Europe, where a terrible strain of faster, smarter undead still rampage in the streets.
Clinging to what’s left of his tattered soul, he must assemble a small team to bring across the Atlantic aboard one of the few still-operational US Navy frigates. There, he is reunited with his lost brother William.

The zombies might be the least of his problems.
No God contains Adrian’s journal entries from July 4th, 2014 through Sept. 3rd, 2014. It also contains the side fictions; A Man of God, The Cleaving, I Can See Clearly Now, and The A Game.

This book sets the stage.
Chris once again doesn't disappoint, nor does James Foster. It's good to hear 'Adrian' reading again.
This book sets the stage, introduces new characters and places.
While the book itself is short compared to the books leading up to 10, it begins with as much intrigue and interest, and leaves with as much satisfaction while wielding the same back-and-forth from diary to individual character experiences.
I've the distinct prejudgemental sensation of hatred for characters and adoration for others. I easily, greedily got through this book in one sitting by disowning all responsibilities and family for a day.

Probably the weakest in the series
I was so excited when it was available,
But quite disappointed in it.
Still enjoyed it, but by far the weakest book in the series.
Hope the next one will be stronger again
