A true thriller
I just recently discovered J Jordan’s books and love how he builds the characters and story. Might seem a little slow in the beginning, but is worth it! Highly recommend all his books!

The power of a women’s love - as sister and mother
How one women struggles with her guilt and uses it to find the truth and claw herself out of depression and isolation. Her drive to power to redeem and heal her guilt over her actions and inaction over the death of her daughter t we and brother
Her commitment to uncover the the truth coupled with her guilt for failing to listen, or pay attention to the pain of others, is a constant theme in the book (i.e. her brothers and daughters death.)
