Loving this series.

I’m only on book two of Jake Lassiter but I’m hooked. The hero is so brutally honest about his self doubts as well as his ego. The narrator is perfect! I mean PERFECT! I am so fussy when I comes to narration. It usually takes me a chapter before I have to stop listening if I don’t like the reader. This guy is a master! Highly recommended books if you like John Grisham style investigational and court room drama with a dry wit. I want to be Jake Lassiter. Very cool guy!

No court room drama

I waited 10 hours for some kind of trial to start. It didn't. Book about a lawyer who plays detective. Dissapointing. The narrator is great.
