Story of Alex and Kai
This is an Enemy to lovers college romance, featuring Alex and Kai. Alex is a roommate of Beck and Finn from the first book, Alex and Kai share a class and have been partnered up for class work.
I completely forgot Kai had a job at Crimson, the strip club in the Crimson Club series, I of course did a happy squeal when it all clicked. reread planned, yay!
There is also a cameo of Ash and Jules from Step Bully, as you can imagine I am planning on rereading that too. Looks like I am going to reread all of Willow’s catalogue. Lucky I’ve bought all of her books.
Kai and Alex don’t get along in person when they meet in class but what they don’t know is they have already been talking through an anonymous app where they can talk about fantasies and have phone shenanigans - and their chemistry is explosive. I absolutely loved when Alex figured out Kai was his Mr Wrong from the app. Talk about chemistry kaboom!
My heart was so sad for Alex about how horrible his first boyfriend was, and what he had gone through with the people who were supposed to care for him. Kai and Alex are such a perfect fit, loved seeing their connection grow, and how much they loved each other and how Kai’s mum and sister embraced Alex into their family. You could tell it meant everything.

Loved it!!
I really loved all the elements to this story. So hot, sexy, kinky…that list could go on and on! But also so much sweetness and friendship. Caring and nurturing, plus loads of mental health rep.
Such a sweet couple with a beautiful story.
