Excellent narration format with unfiltered truths
Another powerful narration about, true love, suffering and grind of the man and savage who lives inside David Goggins.
I pre purchased the book as soon as I saw it pop up and boy was I not disappointed.
The narration/delivery format kept me engaged from beginning to end and I demolished the book in 2 sittings. Introducing Mrs Goggins/Gardner really worked, and Adam’s voice was easy to listen to.
Word of caution – Do not listen to the early chapters of this book while eating or drinking as I spat my coffee out listening to Kish’s concerns about the impact of defecating in a garbage bag would have on her Air BnB ratings.
Excellent read with great lessons to silence your inner bitch
