Well researched advice; might be hard for some to implement.
Well articulated and researched; however I’m unsure how easy this (good) advice would be to implement. It starts off to seemingly just suggest reducing alcohol, added sugars and processed foods (which are significant changes but not too difficult); but it kind of escalated from there. There is a plan at the end on how to phase the advice in however essentually if you were to take on all of the advice you would become a raw vegan who exercises almost daily with regular rebounding (trampolining), good supplements, and infra-red sauna-ing. Admittedly the book has had an impact on me as I am wanting to go vegan once I stop working remotely but I’m unsure how practical the advice will be for some. For a lot of people cutting out processed food is a difficult step let alone (also) cutting out meat and dairy! This would be a great affirming book if you’re already vegan though or thinking about it.
