Should be called NLP for brain health.

A strange book. No chapter titles, therefore no sense of structure to this book. The author seems to jump all over the place and revisit the same ideas over and over. Half way in and there’s been some basic information on Neuroplasticity, but nothing I couldn’t find on a quick google search.

Strange sentences like:

“100% of people need to have their head squashed.” (when describing, endlessly, a brain training game of imagining putting people’s heads between your thumb and forefinger and imagining squishing them).

“Try to exercise daily regularly.” (When discussing how exercise is good for the brain)

“The reverse of this is also not true.” (No idea)
