Life Changing
I suffer from getting stuck in the reassurance trap well before I even knew it was an actual thing. Learning about it helped me understand it a lot more & I put it all into practice before even finishing the book. I highly recommend it to anyone needing guidance in how to let go of ‘needing to know for sure’ & those who seek constant reassurance. I plan to listen to it again if I feel I have lost practice.
