Honestly… who doesn’t love Joe Arden and Teddy Hamilton? Put either of them on an audiobook and I’m already interested, put them together in an MM hockey romance and I’m in my happy place. This was an easy, enjoyable listen that delivered exactly what I wanted: protective energy, emotional tension, and a satisfying romance wrapped in hockey vibes. I had a genuinely good time with this one and would absolutely recommend it if you’re in the mood for a darker MM romance with found family vibes, bodyguard dynamics, and a solid HEA.
