About this listen
I just need to know...which one of you slept with my husband?
You know that ‘till death do us part’ bit in the wedding vows? Well Zoe Dalton believed it. She walked up the aisle thinking that she was strolling to her happy ever after.
One month later, her heart is in pieces, she’s returning the wedding gifts and there’s a husband-shaped space next to her in bed. He’s gone, after Zoe discovered a devastating secret.
But Zoe has lost so much more than her marriage. Her three sisters are not only her siblings, they’re her best friends, too.
Now she’s discovered that one of them may have been the reason her husband betrayed her.
She’s lost her happy ever after, but has she lost a sister, too?

Childhood trauma comes back to bite.
4 very different women make up the quartet of Danton sisters, still close in their early to mid thirties. Verity, the second sister, a primary school teacher has known and obsessed over fellow teacher, Ned Merton for years. It is not until Ned meets The other Danton sisters, particularly Zoe, that the women’s lives spiral out of control to one degree or another.
Ned might be the devil dressed in angel’s clothing, but the varying effects he has on the sisters eventually leads to them confronting their pasts and each other. This exercise brings them closer together and enables them to enter more relaxed mindsets that ultimately change their lives.
Another terrific story by Shari Low, brought to life by Cathleen McCarron’s excellent narration.

It’s a big YES from me!
I nearly gave up only a few minutes in because I couldn’t stand the narrator, the accent, the voice, the tone used etc.. But I’m so glad I didn’t! Absolutely loved this book & each of the sisters in their own way. Strongly recommend to give it a listen if you can push on & accept the narration!

I enjoyed it
I really enjoyed this book and I’m glad I didn’t listen to the reviews about the narrator, it’s set in Scotland with Scottish characters so her accent was perfect for the book. I really enjoyed the storyline too, showing with the ups and downs and stresses of life, the family bond is so strong
