Not a fan

I tried this story expecting the type of disparaging comments in the monologue but it reminded me too much of the schoolgirl clique nastiness that obviously extends into adulthood for a certain type of self- centred female. I guess - by the subtitles -that this is the idea so that means the author is right on target.
Just not the type of thing I can enjoy.
C'est la vie.
