Publisher's Summary
My Big TOE: Awakening, written by a nuclear physicist in the language of contemporary culture, unifies science and philosophy, physics and metaphysics, mind and matter, purpose and meaning, the normal and the paranormal. The entirety of human experience (mind, body, and spirit) including both our objective and subjective worlds is brought together under one seamless scientific understanding.
Section 1 provides a partial biography of the author that is pertinent to the subsequent creation of this trilogy. This brief look at the author's unique experience and credentials sheds some light upon the origins of this highly unusual work.
Section 2 lays out and defines the basic conceptual building blocks needed to construct My Big TOE's conceptual foundation. It discusses the cultural beliefs that trap our thinking into a narrow and limited conceptualization of reality, defines the basics of Big Picture epistemology and ontology; logically infers the nature of time, space, and consciousness as well as describes the basic properties, purpose, and mechanics of our reality. Many of the concepts initiated in Section 2 are more fully explained in Book 2.

Enough genuine insight to make a real impact.
Big picture stuff. Important background information for your metaphysical adventures. Needs a rewrite by a professional writer. Enough genuine awakening moments to recommend it. Look up his website. 5 stars for deep insight.

Not all scientist are good writers
6 hours into the book and still waiting for the book to start. Author has spent too much energy in explaining the things that people already know. He is just getting too much theoretical about things that are easy to feel even with a sentence. I think he has underestimated the readers.
He looses himself in the explanations and forgets that he has written more about how to read the subject rather than the subject itself. Even ‘how to read’ part is annoyingly overdone.
I believe he went too deep into his own philosophical thoughts and forgot to write about the subject. Whole book could have been just 2-3 chapters if he understood that.
He assumes that what he is explaining is very complicated and common people wont get it. He even mentions this multiple times, even audible tells you to make use of the reverse button because topics may be complicated. But in relaity, it is just bad writing skills.

The essences is good but!
The overall learning is there if you can make it through the double talk, talking around in circles and excessive over explaining.
if you don’t have the benefit of a higher education and have a very rudimentary understanding of the subject matter to begin with, then this is a great book to start on.
