I did enjoy this book but was so disappointed when the killer was announced. Didn’t think that it plausable enough.

Oh My Goodness!
I ordered the book pre-sale, so that I'd have it as soon as it came out. Loved the book, and Nicolette McKenzie has read it beautifully, as always. CAN'T BELIEVE the cliff hanger it ends on! Robert Thorogood, I maybe yelled at you out loud when it ended like that! 😂 Can't wait for the next one to find out what happens! Thank you!

Outstanding!
Another great who dunit. Well worth the wait! As always love the characters and interwoven story lines. Great way to spend a few hours engrossed with old friends.

women starring
loving all the women who star. since women have been largely invisible in the past, it is refreshing to read them doing what used to be a man's game
thorogood writes women well and I was cheered by where his characters come from, revealed in reader/writer Q&A at the end
impressed by reader and pleased female reader for female protagonists

Modern day Agatha christie
Awesome series. Over the last year i have listened to alot of Agatha Christie's audio books, Poirot and Miss maple being my favorites. Love this series and the TV show based on marlow murder club. The death in paradise series is one I also enjoy. Nice interview at the end of the audio book. Great way to end a great story.
