This had no right to slap this hard
I came for a light read (and boobs) which it provides. However, I didn't expect such engaging character development and world building from a light monstergirl harem isekai about an army ranger. This book slaps.

Give the book a chance. It won't let you down.
I agree with the other reviews. This book had no right to be this ****ing good. Nothing like what I expected. Excellent character development and a pretty good story line. the relationship between Mc and the primary lady in his life was a little too rushed for me but that's personal preference and doesn't change the fact it was still well done. Worth a listen if you are between book series.

An excellent military isekai harem adventure!
A great first book filled with guns, magic, goddesses, monster girls, action and one tough main character. The author clearly has some military experience and translates it really well into a fantasy world with world war 2 level technology and magic besides. The relationships are believable, each character feels distinct and there are even a few laughs thrown in for good measure. Melanie Hastings is a fantastic narrator. Five out of five and I can't wait for the next book!

Children's garbage
I dont understand how this is rated so highly. The story is boring, and the characters go nowhere woth development. the descriptions are heavily repeated and exhaustive. I couldn't finish the final third.
