About this listen
Mrs. Pennington's Easter Bunny School is in the center of the small village of Floppy Ear Hollow. Bunnies from all over the forest attend her school. They learn to make jellybeans, chocolate bunnies, marshmallow eggs, and they learn how to dye eggs. If they pass every class and do well in the hopping races, they have a chance to become the Easter Bunny for that year.
This story is about a very outspoken bunny named, "Jack", and Mrs. Pennington's Easter Bunny School. Jack loves to hop very fast, "Hop, hop, hop, hoppity, hoppity, hop!" He loves to hop very high. He can hop higher than any bunny ever has! The truth is that Jack really does not want to go to Mrs. Pennington's Easter Bunny School - he thinks it is for sissies. He doesn't want to wear an apron with ruffles or make jelly beans, and as Jack boldly says, "And that's that!"
Even though he doesn't want to go to Easter Bunny School, he would like to win the hopping races and become the Easter Bunny for that year... what a dilemma... what will that outspoken bunny do?!
