Very insightful and motivating
I found myself tidying and decluttering while listening to this book, it gave some great ideas about where to start and how to declutter. It’s helped motivate me and get me started on decluttering my own space after years of not knowing where to start and getting more stressed as things piled up. I feel like I can make a start and small steps lead to big changes
