Growing up in the streets of Rockford, Illinois. Two brothers are soon separated by force, forcing them to have to live apart. In which, brought Rome to be rebellious towards his mother after his fall out with her over the fact that she had his older brother Ricardo aka Rico, sent away to live at a boy's home facility, because he was running the streets and getting caught up with the law.
