من على شرفة كافتيريا فندق "ظافر" راح هشام يراقب الناس متراخيًا في مقعده كبير ومستمتعًا باشعة شمس الربيع الدافئة...

انتبه هشام على صوت خطوات جاءت من خلفه، استدار قليلًا في مقعده وهو يظنُّ أنَّ القادم صديقه "كاتو" لكنّها كانت هالة !! هكذا ظنَّ هشام بداية الأمر ولم يصدق عيناه فقد كانت الفتاة تشبهها تمامًا ولكنّه بعدما دقّق النظر فيها عرف أنّها "نور القمر" عازفة الكمان في فريق "الفراشات الناعمة".

كانت الفتاة تتلفت حولها بقلق وريبة فأسقطت منديلها قبل أن تتوجه نحو مقعدها، فوجدها هشام فرصةً لا تعوَّض ليقترب منها ويعبر عن إعجابه لكنّها وما إن بدأ بالحديث حتى نظرت إليه باستحقار وقبل أن يُكمل أخرجت من حقيبتها ظرفًا كبيرًا وهي تقول: "حسنًا يمكنك أن تأخذ الظرف وستجد فيه ما طلبتموه!!

ما إن فتح هشام الظرف حتى وجد رجال الشرطة حوله ليصبح بعد ذلك جزءًا من لغزٍ غامض بل وطرفًا فيه!!
