Great insight into real-life Team Performance
This is a tough subject to talk about and a new insight into it. The author uses his real-life experience to highlight the importance of mood in team performance, along with culture. Very few authors can call upon high level sporting achievement, as well as operational military service and latterly business team building in order to back up their credibility. Tim does all of this. This book is a solid and credible business book that is a great read/listen to give insights into how you can build teams that truly do perform.
