About this listen
The nation wept when news broke of nearly three-year-old Caylee Anthony's disappearance from her home in Florida in July 2007. The search for Caylee made front-page headlines. But Casey Anthony continued to lie to law enforcement about her daughter's whereabouts, complicating their search for the truth.
Soon, Casey was the most hated person in America. This updated version of the book covers the murder trial of Caylee's mother and its unexpected outcome. The tragedy of Caylee Anthony will haunt you for years to come.

Won't be listening to it again bit boring and long winded
The story was interesting but the narrator is very monotone and story was hard to follow at times due to so many people being involved the case. It was like it was being read from the police case file word for word.

Narration ruins this story
I was really interested in this case and this book but the narrator’s monotone just ruined it for me. A good narrator can really make an audiobook come alive, painting the picture. This book sounded like it was being read by a computer, with no tone or inflection or anything.

Very informative
I really enjoyed the content of the book. I thoroughly enjoyed how in depth it takes you into the lives of everyone involved. The narration was ok, not wonderful though, but I’ve listened to a lot worse. I’d recommend this book to anyone who enjoys true crime, and who is interested in this case specifically.
