not helpful

I found this a book that just states the obvious, and does not really delve into tools and processes to help you achieve what she suggests.
things like, 'get more sleep' , 'make more time for your partner', and make more time for you.
All things we know as exhausted mums, but looking for ways on how to get motivated to do it, and create the time, rather than just stating.......create time.....well duh!

Something went wrong. Please try again in a few minutes.
