About this listen
Critic Reviews
“Easy to read but rich in incident and character.” (Magpies Magazine)
Having read and enjoyed the book when it first came out, I was interested to see how this novel, which is basically a series of emails between two cousins, would translate into an audiobook. The answer is: surprisingly well. Stig Wemyss has narrated quite a few of Bolinda's audiobooks for children and has a fantastic character voice repertoire. There are only two voices – that of Mitch and Sue – and Stig manages to differentiate between the two characters remarkably well, one could almost swear that it was a female reading the part. He also manages to portray the minor characters well ... Mitch 2 Sue is a great story on the issue of bullying and social responsibility of the individual. (Fiction Focus)
