Absolutely brilliant!
This story gripped me from the beginning and I was so drawn into El’s world that I was sitting on the edge of my seat with my hands over my mouth in the final chapters. It’s nostalgic and funny, yet also makes you squirm and wince as you relive the highs and lows of your early 20s. Brilliant writing and the narrator’s voice and tone suits the vibe and age of the characters. Really loved it!

A gorgeous debut
This was beautifully written and reminded me all too well of my own tumultuous twenties. Can’t wait to hear what Amy writes next!

True to twenties
I loved the writing style and tone but at times found the multi levels stories hard to follow.
The location description is true, the characters are developed the ending is a bit anticlimactic but perhaps that’s the intention in terms of indecisiveness.
