Makes relaxation something to look fwd to in my days

Was comforted by Jon's depth and tone of voice. Between each meditation, he maintains that lovely voice so that l meditated throughout each chapter while being informed. So much better than his youtubes.

useless since the chapters were removed...

Was very helpful, until they removed the 'chapters', so now there are no separate tracks.
